The Process

The process begins with a conversation. Select the "START NOW" button or email producer@tindogstudios.com to get the ball rolling.

We will schedule a no-obligation phone call to discuss your options. If you decide to produce a film, you choose which option you desire and pay a $500 deposit. 50% of the total quote minus deposit is due on the day of filming, and the final 50% will be due upon delivery of the completed project.

​Whether you choose Option 1, Option 2, or our NEW Studio Option, upon receipt of your deposit, we will get in touch with you to schedule a filming date and send you a questionnaire to complete. The questionnaire will help us conduct the interviews and allow the participants to gather their thoughts beforehand. Additionally, we will provide essential details and information to help prepare you for the filming day.

The NEW STUDIO OPTION is like OPTION 1 but instead of us coming to you for the day, you come to us for 2 hours. This option is for those who are having a hard time scheduling everyone for an entire day or just want to interview one or two people in the family. We will still do the prep work so that those being interviewed will be ready to go. You will be able to add additional hours for an extra charge.

If you select OPTION 2, we will arrange another day to shoot additional footage. We will also assist you in sorting and converting your photos and video clips for use in your 30-minute film. This service covers up to 150 photos and documents, as well as 30 home movie clips and videos. Each additional 10-minute upgrade includes 50 more pictures and 10 more movie clips. 

You can expect to receive a first cut within three weeks after we have all the assets.

You can expect to receive the second cut one week after we receive your feedback notes on the first cut.

The final payment is due upon approval of the finished project.

Your films will be securely delivered online, where they can be viewed and downloaded. 

You did it! You have captured your story forever. Now it is time to roll out the red carpet, pop the popcorn, dim the lights, and have your big premiere with your family.
